Because capacity is reserved and setup work begins immediately, the onboarding payment is generally non-refundable once work starts, except where required by law or expressly stated in the order.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
The 60-Day Onboarding is a committed two-month engagement purchased for $1,998. Ongoing plans begin only after onboarding.
Ongoing plans
Core Support and Proactive Operations are billed monthly. Cancellation timing, renewal, and any notice period are stated in the client order or service agreement.
Stopping work
Outstanding third-party costs, approved expenses, completed work, and work already committed remain payable. REYVON may suspend work for nonpayment, unsafe conditions, unlawful requests, or material breach.
