Terms of Service
These summary terms describe the intended structure of REYVON engagements. Final client orders and service agreements control where they differ.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely, accurate information, lawful instructions, required approvals, and reasonable access to suppliers and documents.
Scope and third parties
Specific priorities are agreed during onboarding and ongoing planning. REYVON coordinates but does not control independent suppliers, factories, laboratories, carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
Confidentiality and use
Business information is handled for the purpose of providing services. Clients may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, sanctioned, or rights-infringing activity.
