Before you request$199 First Visit: client cancellation is non-refundable after payment, subject to stated legal and REYVON non-performance exceptions.Monthly Support: 100% refund at least 24 hours before the Asia/Shanghai cycle starts; 50% with less notice; 50% within 7 calendar days after start when no more than one visit is complete; no voluntary refund after day 7 or after two visits.

No payment is required to submit an inquiry. REYVON reviews the request before confirming scope, pricing, travel, and next steps. If you decide to proceed, a Stripe payment link is sent separately by email.
